Everything is gluten free, while some desserts are also dairy free, vegan or raw. For unrefined sugar options, we choose to use either local raw honey, maple syrup or rapadura sugar.

Gooey Callebaut chocolate brownie topped with your choice of yummy flavours: plain brownie, salted macadamia, crunchy peanut, or black forest. Mixed boxes are also available.

Not so traditional caramel slice (gf)
A big hit of salty sweet caramel, bruleed until crispy on top, over a chewy almond date base. Flavours include salted macadamia, semi dried fig, banoffee, golden syrup pecan or 70% choc top.

Flourless orange cardamom cakes (gf/df)
Moist whole orange cakes, with freshly ground cardamom, glazed with local Beth Shan marmalade and topped with dairy free buttercream and pistachio crumble.

Melt in your mouth almond polenta cakes, drenched in lemon thyme syrup made with local lemons and topped with a tangy lemon buttercream.
