Our special occasion cakes are all made with an emphasis on mouthwatering flavour, moist texture and showcasing natural beauty. They are made with our own eggs from our free range chickens, local raw honey, homegrown lemons, and decorated in seasonal herbs and flowers grown in the Belle Patisserie garden.
Pricing and cake selection:
- Our special occasion cakes cost $6 per serve and are made to serve between 12 and 60 people.
- Please choose from the below range of flavours.
- Decorations and flowers are included in this cost.
- Floral decorations change based on what is growing in our garden at any particular time – please let us know if you have any specific style/colour requests.

Caramel sticky date
Not your average sticky date pud – this layered cake is light and delicate, and slathered in pure caramel icing, and crunchy bitter toffee shards (gluten free)
Rich chocolate brownie cake
Layers of dense chocolate cake, filled with marscapone cream (gluten free). Can also be made into a black forest cake with the addition of morello cherry compote.
Banana, peanut butter and honey cake
Moist banana, almond and local honey sponge, topped with a salty peanut butter icing (gluten free / can be made dairy free)
Carrot & fresh ginger
A super moist cake, for those who prefer something a little less sweet. This cake is choc full of carrots, grated fresh ginger, spices, almond meal and local honey. Topped with tangy Swiss meringue buttercream, it’s absolutely delicious and one of our most popular flavours! (gluten free / can be made dairy free)
Burnt butter almond cake
Layers of rich almond cake, filled with vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream and the season’s best locally grown fruit (gluten free)
Raspberry, milk and honey
Moist milk and honey sponge, layered with fresh berries, raspberry buttercream and topped with raspberries and beautiful flowers from our garden (gluten free)
Lemon thyme syrup cake and marscapone
Super soaked in flavour! A crumbly melt in your mouth lemon polenta sponge, soaked in lemon and thyme syrup, filled with unsweetened marscapone cream (gluten free)
Eton mess cake
Layers of crunchy coconut pavlova, vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, and fresh berries. Beautiful to look at, slightly messier to eat! Perfect for a dessert buffet where people can help themselves, or a less formal gathering (gf / can be made df)
Enchanted Wood cake
Designed specifically for the kiddies in your life, the Enchanted Wood cake can be made to serve 20, 30 or 40. The cake is made from kid friendly chocolate brownie and can be tailored to create a cake suitable for both boys and girls. Find out more…

Lemon & lavender curd tart
A lavender short bread base, topped with a beautiful baked lemon curd and thin crispy meringue top. Dusted with icing sugar and dried lavender.

Flourless chocolate roulade filled with either a pistachio OR raspberry whipped cream and dusted with icing sugar, sticky caramel and toasted nuts.
